Custom Home Engraved Slate Charcuterie Board

How It Works

1. Order your board (choose size/options).

2. Email your photo to highcaliberengraving@gmail.com with your High Caliber Engraving order number in the subject line.
   Example: Order #123456 – House Photo

3. We create a detailed line-art rendering and engrave directly into the slate (permanent—no vinyl/printing).
   

Photo Tips (for the best engraving)

• Well-lit, high-resolution photo (no heavy shadows or filters).

• Taken straight-on or slight angle; include the full house (no tight crops).

• If you want specific items removed (cars, trash bins, wires), mention it.

• Multiple photos welcome—we’ll choose the clearest reference.

Product Details

• Material: Natural slate; permanent laser engraving (light gray/white etch).

• Finish: Food-safe, hand-finished; natural chamfered edges (each piece is unique). Chamfering (cutting a sloped edge) can cause chipped edges. They can vary some in thickness, color, edge shape, and texture. This is to be expected and not considered a defect.

• Hardware: Sleek black handles

• Feet: Non-slip pads on the underside.

• Dimensions:

  • 12"h x 14"w (can vary +/- .25 in)

• Includes chalk to write on the charcuterie board

Personalization

Add notes in the email along with the photo:

• Address or family name to include instead of Home Sweet Home (optional, if you do not specify, "Home Sweet Home" will be the default.)

• Any remove/keep requests (bushes, address numbers, etc.)

Processing & Shipping

• Engraving: 3–5 business days after photo received.

• Ships carefully padded and gift-ready.

Care

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth; not dishwasher-safe or microwave-safe.

• Cutting is okay, but slate may develop natural patina over time (adds character!).

Notes

• Slate color/edge texture varies naturally—small pits/veining are normal.

• Engraving is not color printing; result is a crisp, permanent light etch.

• If your photo quality is low, we’ll email options before proceeding.
